I just received an email offering to do over the ACS webpage or something.

The final line is

"P.S - This is the email sent by the individual and not by a robot. If do not wish to receive further emails, kindly reply back with the subject as Unsubscribe."

...That doesn't sound at *all* like a bot, does it?

Did you? They're upgrading the DJ code, gradually (which may help, hopefully), but I think it's slow going: http://new-shit.deadjournal.com/46057.html

If you keep running into troubles, tell me the details and I'll open a support ticket about it. Who knows? It might push it up the agenda a little...
