Michael Penn's No Myth, and more specifically, its appearance in the film Loser, was the reason I started wearing black jeans. When I tried to download it, I could only find an acoustic version. If I tried today, I may have better luck.
Jet's Are You Gonna Be My Girl? was the reason I wanted black boots, but I have never found any that I liked (particularly since I can't wear heels).
