| | High School Never Ends, Bowling For Soup | ] | Oh great computer gurus I know:
I have a busted hard disk. I was in the process of formatting it from uninitialised space to usable hard disk, when I accidentally knocked out the power cable.
Of course, the hard disk flipped out and did not format correctly. Attempting further reformats also fails.
I have a feeling it's just a matter of "I need a more hardcore DiskDoctor app than I've been using". Suggestions? I have Windows and OSX, and am okay with Live CDs if they work.
If the disk's totally fried, it's not a big deal - it was just blank, I was planning on using it for a backup.
